24th February 2026Good day,
I hope you are well.
Could you please assist me? I have created the 2026 application to submit the WSP/ATR reports. However, when I click on the application, the company details do not appear, and I am not given the option to capture the details. I can see that the SDL number appears on the application, but the rest of the company information is missing.
I am currently stuck and unsure how to proceed.
Could we please arrange an online meeting so that I can share my screen and show you the issue?
Kind regards,
Jennifer
