      Kindly be informed that the certificate can only be issued by HWSETA should the provider uploaded your information, including assessments and verification conducted by HWSETA and approved. Kindly enquire with the provider when was the verification done for your group for onward advise, and please respond to the following email address with your ID number: hwseta@hwseta.org.za for further advise.

    Hi, enrolled for a socual auxiliary NQF level 4 at brooklyn college i am due to receive my certifiacate later this year, i have learned that student from 2021 have not yet receive their certificate as yet. I would really lkke to know how long does itbtake for HWSETA issue certificate and what is causing the delay because its been 2 years now those student have been waiting to get their certificate?

      Thank you for the inquiry, kindly be informed that issuing of certificates can not be generalised. There are processes followed by the Skills Development Provider during the training and after the training process. If compliance is met the certificates there are no delays in issuing certificates.
