Hi, enrolled for a socual auxiliary NQF level 4 at brooklyn college i am due to receive my certifiacate later this year, i have learned that student from 2021 have not yet receive their certificate as yet. I would really lkke to know how long does itbtake for HWSETA issue certificate and what is causing the delay because its been 2 years now those student have been waiting to get their certificate?
Thank you for the inquiry, kindly be informed that issuing of certificates can not be generalised. There are processes followed by the Skills Development Provider during the training and after the training process. If compliance is met the certificates there are no delays in issuing certificates.

Hello there. I trained with NACCW in 2019. I have a document of Academic Records that verifies that I am competent and now can work with children.
This has had a negative impact on my job because the case manager of our organisation is always asking for the certificates and also advised us to register for Council.
