The Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority’s (HWSETA) mandate is to facilitate, co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of the National Skills Development Plan (NSDP) 2030 in the Health and Social Development Sectors. The core principles are to:
The Siyakhulisa Mentorship programme was launched in 2024.
The programme has 90 learners from 9 provinces who are excelling in Mathematics and Sciences.
These learners will then receive mentoring from experts who will equip them in ensuring that they keep up with their performances throughout high school and ultimately get funding for their tertiary studies in the fields of Health and Social Development from HWSETA.
The service provider will be required to:

Required: Services for a mental wellness company to provide psychosocial services to ninety (90) HWSETA Siyakhulisa mentees.
Time frame: 12-month period( from Sept-Aug 2026)
