2nd December 2025I just hope the Hw Seta can make awareness or capacity development in CBOs that carry important work in Western Cape, particularly in Mfuleni, EPhilippi, Nyanga areas which face so much hardshios on the funding areas. Capacity development becomes a currency for these organisation to be able to carry their activities.
