My name is Millicent Motingoe, ID 6910230316089, I am very sad that I logged in and completed the course Covid @ the workplace, I passed all modules, I even sent an email to enquire about certification, The email went through to alter who saddened me to say she cant get my name on he list of learners. I had to send her several correndence and days when I successfully logged in, now She says there is nothing that can be done.
I belief you have people who are specialists, having capacity to check what could have happened to my assessment results,cause I really need my certificate

Kindly explain which qualification did and when as well as the name of the training institution for onward advise.
