1. “Prevalence of Digital Literacy among Social Services Practitioners (SSPs) in South Africa” Download
2. Trend Analysis of Skills Gaps (Top-up Skills) over thew Ten Year Period (2016/17 to 2025/26) Download
This research study forms part of HWSETA’s strategic research agenda to strengthen sector skills intelligence, labour market analysis, and evidence- based planning.
