RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide legal support and assistance with
legal advisory, compliance, governance, contract management, litigation support and legal risk management services to the organisation in order to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and good corporate governance principles.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in law or LLB
3-5 years’ experience in legal background
Corporate legal knowledge
SETA experience will be an added advantage
Valid driver’s license
Gauteng, JHB – Eastern Suburbs
Salary: Negotiable
Fixed Term Contract ending 31 March 2030
