HWSETA administer funding through HWSETA registered Employers (department of health and social development), public universities and public TVET Colleges. and once they are approved for funding they recruit beneficiaries / students on funded profgrammes.
HWSETA advertise funding on an annual basis, between May -July.

I got my inservice training last month at social development so they told me to look for funding

What can be my answer that is the reason why learners are reluctant to register because their colleagues have not found jobs
