Appointment of a Service Provider to Provide Office Space for The HWSETA Gauteng Provincial Office for a Period of Five (5) Years

The HWSETA invites suitably qualified bidders to provide office space for the Gauteng Provincial Office. The office space must be located in a safe and secure, premier business environment in the Midrand area. The office space size of between 530m² Gross Lettable Area (GLA) should be available for beneficial occupation from 01 February 2023 up until 31 January 2028.

A compulsory briefing session will be held on the 04 August 2022 at 10h00 via Microsoft Teams.

Submissions must be placed in the Tender Box at the HWSETA Gauteng Office, The Link, 676 on Gallagher, Corner of Old Pretoria Road & James Crescent, Midrand Block A First Floor Suite F1 & F2. Office hours: 09h00-15h00, Monday to Friday.

Closing date: All submissions must be submitted by the 19 August 2022 at 11h00.
Opening of the tender box: The box will be opened on the 19 August 2022 at 11h30

Appointment Of a Service Provider to Provide Office Space for The HWSETA Limpopo Provincial Office for A Period of Five (5) Years

The HWSETA invites suitably qualified bidders to provide office space for the Limpopo Provincial Office. The office space must be located in a safe and secure, premier business environment in the Polokwane area. The office space size: Approximately 390m² Gross Lettable Area (GLA) should be available for beneficial occupation from 01 March 2023 up until 29 February 2028.

A compulsory briefing session will be held on 05 August 2022 at 10h00 via Microsoft Teams.

Submissions must be placed in the Tender Box at the HWSETA Polokwane Office, 26 General Joubert, between Rabe and Bodestein Street, Moolpark Building, Polokwane Central, Polokwane. Office hours: 09h00-15h00, Monday to Friday.
