HWSETA seeks to appoint an electrical company to provide electrical services for HWSETA who occupies a rented commercial space.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

• To retrofit 2 feet and 4 feet fluorescent light fittings to fit LED tubes.
• To supply and fit the new LED tubes.
• Brand of LED tubes to be Eurolux, Phillips or a brand of similar quality.
• An Electrical Certificate of Compliance is required for the work undertaken.

NOTE a site visit is requested, to assess the scope of work, before quoting at Tjgerpark Office Park, Willie van Schoor Avenue, Bellville, Cape Town, Building 5, Ground Floor, Office 001A

2. QUOTATION TO INCLUDE:

• The supply of all electrical equipment and consumables required to successfully complete the job.
• The removal and disposal of the old tubes and fittings.
• Labor costs.
• Any other costs not listed above, to successfully complete the job.
• The appointment is subject to the landlord’s approval.

Please submit the quote with the below compliance documents:

• VALID SARS TAX PIN
• VALID BBBEE CERTIFICATE
• CSD REPORT OR MAAA NUMBER
• SIGNED SBD 4 , PLEASE READ THE SBD4

The quotations will be scored on 80/20 principle where 80 points will be awarded for price and 20 points will be awarded for the below HWSETA specific goals.
