   The need for male child care workers is high since the majority are women . Most people that are currently working are not skilled enough on child care. Some are not registered and have difficulties in registration with the council. Not all provinces have alot of child care workers in rural arears there is low supply of child care.

   Rural or Traditional communities especially in the O. R. Tambo region need these kind of interventions to determine the demand versus supply of these services in these communities.

   These services not heard of in traditional communities, informal settlement and townships.

   SADO will respond and apply for the project.
