I am writing to you to request the certificates from Mako Institute dated from 2015. Been in communication with Mr Molefe, Ms Hlamalani and your CEO is aware of the matter. What is it that should happen in order for us to receive the certificates?

Thank you for the mail,kindly be informed that HWSETA rely on the full participation of the Skills Development Provider to upload learners on the system, upload the assessments information and request verification that is conducted by HWSETA and after the verification has been approved,Results endorsed HWSETA can start the process of printing certificates for learners. What was the final communication from the Provider to you as a learner?
