Was Thuto Bophelo training and skills academy accredited for community health work with Hwseta in 2020? And how long should I wait to receive my certificate?
We obtained First Aid Level 1 certificates from our training provider, however I see on the certificates they are accredited with FP&M SETA and AgriSETA. The General Safety Regulation of the OHS Act states under section 4 that all organisations that want to provide first aid training must be registered by HW SETA, only then will the Chief Inspector of the DOL consider that the training is approved.
What do we do now? Is this training then not valid?

However, HWSETA made an exception, since First Aid units standard level 1 is scattered or overarching within different SETA’s. HWSETA requested that such SETA’s be recognized based on the Sector that each SETA represent and it was agreed. Kindly visit the SAQA website and verify the list of SETA’s that has the unit standard; SAQA US ID: 119467 you will note that the above SETA’s mentioned on your mail are also included.

I see on US ID 119467 they are also included, but on US ID 119567 I do not see this specific training provider under the list of “PROVIDERS CURRENTLY ACCREDITED TO OFFER THIS UNIT STANDARD”. As far as I know, first aid level 1 is valid for 3 years upon successful completion of the course. But on this certificate from the training provider, the validity period is only 2 years, hence my question about registration etc.
