Elaine Brass is a Chartered Accountant of South Africa since 1999, after competing articles at Deloitte. After her articles, she remained on as Assurance Audit Manager for 2 years until joining the Auditor-General of South Africa in March 2003. Elaine’s passion for the public sector then flourished at the Auditor-General. She joined the HWSETA in December 2007.
Elaine was with the HWSETA as CFO for over 10 years. She was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the HWSETA on 1 January 2019.
