HWSETA Employers are the department of health and social development.

    I’m particularly writing on behalf of my interns, who were funded by HWSETA for 12 months and then were left in the middle of the training. Till today the students are still waiting for Feedbacks regarding an application that was made when the contract ended (September 2021)
    We are at companies and still waiting for funds.

      Noted, kindly visit the HWSETA website on the Home page, look for the Employer Tab and click the tab to open and download the T-number application form. Complete it and submit all the compliance documents stated under SECTION C. As soon as the Organisation is linked to the T-number, the organisation must register the Skills development facilitator online. The Organisation must be registered with The department of Social Development first for an NGO / NPO certificate. Further please note that other compliance documents are stated under SECTION C.

HWSETA advertise funding to HWSETA registered Employers and once they are approved for funding they advertise to recruit learners. HWSETA advertise these opportunities on an annual basis to Employers. HWSETA advertise funding opportunities around June -July to Employers.
      You may enquire with the department of health on when do they advertise to recruit learners.

    I hope you’re good,im Bongani of Ntlhokomelele Ngwana Home of Disability in NC near Hartswater town.I saw theres HWSETA stipend and how does discretion fund works?I was advised to apply for funds to necessitates us to hire community and work with them. As at the moment caregivers cant stay due to hard work of disability home with even just a stipend if it be salary or wage.

    We will be happy when our request is taken into consideration. Helping those in need of help in time of need is what I call basic human decency.
