The Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) invites SDPs accredited with the HWSETA to send proposals for inclusion in the incubation programme to implement RPL capacity building workshops for the HWSETA.

1. PROPOSALS EVALUATION CRITERIA
   • All proposals will be selected based on the criteria indicated hereunder:
     • Accreditation with HWSETA ETQA (Accreditation certificate and letter will be required);
     • Proven track record and experience in implementing RPL and detailed information on how the project outcomes were achieved (at least two written references);
     • Company profile with objectives briefly reflecting current and future plans on the implementation of RPL;
     • Understanding of RPL, reflecting on RPL objectives and principles;
     • Sound financial standing of the company to ensure that it is viable for the next 05 years (minimum) and the ability to fund travel and accommodation when required.

The appointment of the organisation will involve an open competitive bidding process. Organisations that bid will be rated on strict technical functionality criteria to determine suitability for the task and only organisations that achieve the requisite score for selection will proceed to the second round of selection.
