The HWSETA wishes to appoint individuals or service provider/s to mark and moderate the Child and Youth Care Worker occupational qualifications.
The requirements are as follows:
• A Degree or diplomas in Child and Youth Care Work or related field (20)
• A minimum of three (3) years’ working experience in the field of Social Work or a related environment (20)
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marking and/ or moderating assessment instruments (25)
• A Minimum of three (3) contactable references (10)
• Be registered with the South African Council for Social Services Professions (SACSSP) (10)
• Experience in working with the HWSETA or the Department of Health or any civil society linked to the social services sector (15)

My PHD links closely to the work being done by child and youth care workers in the field of child protection, vulnerable children and working in communities.
