Provincial Officer – Western Cape

The Provincial Officer will service stakeholders in the province; provide support and assistance for all accreditations; monitor the implementation of skills development projects and initiatives and support employers in participation of WSP activities.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development; Driver’s Licence and own vehicle is essential and 4 – 6 years in Training/Development/Human Resources Development.

Remuneration: R499 621.50

Provincial Manager – Western Cape

The provincial Manager will manage the provincial office, satellite office, resources and SETA Programmes, which includes ongoing capacity building of stakeholders; Evaluation and Quality assurance; accreditation of training providers. Site visit validations and mobilising constituencies; WSP and Skills planning in the province.

Minimum requirements: Degree in Education, Training and Development and Human Resources Development. Driver’s Licence and own vehicle. 6 – 8 years’ experience in skills development environment. 5 years at supervisory level.

Remuneration: R814 636,00 per annum

Remuneration: R499 621.50 per annum
