      thank you for the inquiry, if Your Organisation want to apply for skills programmes, kindly contact dineol@hwseta.org.za or busisiwer@hwseta.org.za should your organisation is based in Gauteng. If you are based outside Gauteng you may contact our provincial office in your province for guidance. The application is done online, however you need to present the training material first to the officials mentioned on the email. Please note that HWSETA does not have the training material for Skills Programmes, The skills Development Providers are expected to develop their own or buy from the developers.

    My name is Noxolo Bronwell Mazwai, from Academy of Business and Computer Studies. We are registered with Department of Higher Education and training and QCTO. We would like to apply to for accreditation to offer yur nursing programmes.

    I am trying to extend my scope into the HW SETA, but I am encountering a challenge. I am trying to register myself as an Assessor and a Moderator, but the system says that I am already registered as an Assessor. If I already have an Assessor number, how do I retrieve it?

      Noted, Kindly request the login details on the following platform; HWSETA Stakeholder Portal, Helpdesk, register and create a ticket and please keep the ticket Number for follow-up purposes. IT will assist you with the link to create your password. Once you have obtained the password you may access the application under Stakeholder PORTAL then Stakeholder Login.

    My full qualification accreditation expired in April 2020. L have been struggling to renew it as the system keeps kicking me out saying the assessor number is not linked to the qualification registered for.
    And again l would like to apply for skills programme accreditation in training First Aid Level 1 to 3, basic fire fighting and SHE Rep training course .Please advise with the process flow. Thanks

      Kindly report the challenge to the following platform as someone need to check and your profile to assist.
      please create a ticket: Stakeholder Portal, HWSETA helpdesk, register and create a ticket and please attach the notification letter for profile confirmation.
      For accreditation enquiry, you need to prepare the training material first once the training material is ready you may contact HWSETA. You can only apply online once the training material has been approved by HWSETA.

    I’m enquiring about the accreditation process. I am looking to provide training within the field of Child Protection services to day care services and schools. Which process would I need to follow to complete this.

      Kindly note that HWSETA has qualifications that has the unit standard, the Gender Practice and victim empowerment. Kindly look at this qualifications and see if the qualification do meet your needs, should the scope of the programme be inclusive of Child protection Services. Below are the skills programmes registered under Victim empowerment qualifications and community development.

      1. Court Preparation Officer
      2. Community Relations Skills Training
      3. Support and Prevention programmes for victims of crime and gender
      4. Victim Empowerment, public and health and advocacy campaign
      5. Provision of Trauma Support for Child Abuse Victims and Gender Based Violence

      Further, contact ETDP SETA and SASSETA and inquire if they have such a programme.

      Thank you for the email, kindly note that for the accreditation on full qualifications you firstly need to complete the QCTO intent form and submit to QCTO for authorisation. as soon as you receive authorization from QCTO, you will contact HWSETA for further guidance in accreditation process. HWSETA will only assist on HWSETA registered qualifications and for QCTO qualifications (HPO) you will apply for accreditation with QCTO.
