PROVINCIAL OFFICER – Limpopo

The Provincial Officer will service stakeholders in the region; providing support and assistance for all accreditation; implementing Skills Development Planning initiatives; Learnership; Engaging employers in participation for WSP activities and attend to projects.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development; Driver’s Licence and own vehicle and 4 – 6 years in Training and Development or Human Resources Development.

Remuneration: Market related

DIVISIONAL SECRETARY – RIME – Head Office – Bedfordview

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Support the Executive Manager with Secretarial and administrative functions; Provide administrative support to the division; Stakeholder Relations; Meetings and Preparation and Record Keeping and Reporting. providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Executive Manager (RIME) and all divisional personnel in order to ensure that the division functions in an effective and efficient manner.

Minimum requirements: Matric / Grade 12 and Post Matric Secretarial certificate or diploma. 3-5 years Secretarial experience

RESEARCH AND INFORMATION MANAGER – Head Office – Bedfordview

The Research and Information Manager will be required to: Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate research and development activities within HWSETA to ensure sector skills plans are thoroughly researched to provide a sound analysis of the sector and articulate an agreed sector strategy and strategic plan/s to address skills needs.

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree (in Health and Social Welfare fields); Driver’s license; 5 – 7 years research experience of which 3 years is at management level; Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and a track record of good quality research
