3 X Data Capturer Administrators – Head Office – Bedfordview

The successful candidates will be responsible for capturing, sorting and organising records to be entered into the database; capturing data by inputting text and numeric data into spreadsheets, databases; ensuring that filing and retrieval of documents is accurate. Ability to generate reports.

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 with advanced Excel and 3 years working experience with data.

Human Resources Manager – Head Office – Bedfordview

The HWSETA in Bedfordview Johannesburg is seeking a qualified & experienced HR Manager with 8 years plus HR Operational & 5 years HR Management experience reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services to develop, implement and translate strategic & Operational HR Business plans in line with best practice and prevailing legislation, across multiple specialist Human Resource disciplines.

Accountabilities:

  1. Take overall accountability for the full HR function and employee value proposition design and implementation and actively position and implement HWSETA practices and processes ensuring appropriate alignment and standardisation
  2. Proactively drive all recruitment activities within the HWSETA in a timeous by establishing contract and maintaining a highly effective recruitment process in line with the role profiles and job descriptions. Design and implement a holistic onboarding program for all new employees
  3. Oversee the People management strategy, agenda and operations to ensure the effective running of all HR related operations. Develop, implement and monitor the adoption of effective consequence management practices and all aspects of employee relations enabling the restriction of legal reputation risk at the CCMA and labour court
  4. Implement and drive performance management.
  5. Act as subject matter expert in all aspects of compensation

  •     Master’s degree in human resource discipline or MBL/MBA (preferred)
  •     8 years Human Resource Functional and Operational Management
  •     5 years Human Resources Management
  •     Advanced Microsoft Office
