The successful candidate will represent the HWSETA’s goals and objectives at provincial level. This includes conducting various site visits, accreditation of various assessors, moderators and learning programs. Deliver monitoring and evaluation functions to ensure HWSETA standards are adhered to.
Minimum requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Social Sciences or an equivalent qualification. Registration as an assessor and moderator will be an added advantage. Code 8 driver’s licence and own vehicle. 3 – 5 years in related environment.
Remuneration: R401 111.18 per annum (Negotiable)

The successful candidate will be conducting research and provide labour market relevant information for the HWSETA in line with business and annual performance plans. Analyse data, translate data into knowledge for effective decision making and report writing.
Minimum requirements: A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences with majors in labour market research or Economics; 3 – 5 years’ research experience, qualitative and quantitative. A track record of good quality research and a valid driver’s licence. Advance Excel skills and database administration.
Remuneration: R435 000.00 per annum
