The receptionist reports to the provincial manager and is responsible for performing administration and receptionist duties. The successful candidate receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, records, relays and follows up on messages with appropriate personnel. Provides administrative support and projects the company’s professional image.

Minimum requirements: Grade 12, 2 years of customer service experience.  Well spoken and excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, strong typing skills, excellent telephone etiquette, good communication and public relations skills. Well organised and presented, attentive to detail.

Remuneration: R186 704.97 per annum.
