Provincial Officer – Western Cape

The successful candidate reporting to the Provincial Manager will be required to support the SDP, ETQA and RIME Divisions. To promote an integrated approach for Skills Development initiatives. This includes verification, Leaner assessment, reporting, data base administration and engagement with stakeholders.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Social Sciences or equivalent qualification. 3 – 5 years work experience in related environment. Valid Driver’s licence.

Provincial Managers x 4

Mpumalanga X1 (Nelspruit) , Free State X1 (Bloemfontein), North West X1 (Mafikeng) and Northern Cape X1 (Kimberly)

Closing date: 22 September 2017

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the provincial office, satellite office, resources and SETA Programmes, which includes ongoing capacity building of stakeholders; Evaluation and Quality assurance; accreditation of training providers. Site visit validations and mobilising constituencies; WSP and Skills planning in the province.

Minimum requirements: Post graduate qualification in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Social Sciences or equivalent. 7 – 10 Years experience in related environment. 5 – 7 Years at management level. Valid driver’s licence.

Remuneration: R484 816.22 – R522, 284.76p/a.
